The Prague Half Marathon attracts major international athletes and is also open to amateur runners, although there is a three-hour time limit! The course is lined with groups of musicians and entertainers, so you don't have to run to have fun.

Part of the Musica Sacra Prague summer festival, international choirs hold competitive performances in the capital's churches and National House of Vinohrady. Choirs must perform sacred pieces from the 16th, 17th or 19th centuries, and something by a Czech composer.

The Days of European Film bring together the best of European and international feature films and shorts at Prague's Cinema Svetozor and Aero Cinema. Each year some 40 feature films and ten shorts hit the big screen with English subtitles.
