EDU-Home Landing in Cyprus: Advancing the Platform

On 9 May 2025, the EDU-Home partners met in Paphos, Cyprus, for their third Transnational Project Meeting and their second in-person gathering. This meeting marked a crucial stage in the development of the EDU-Home platform.

Work Package 3, which focuses on the platform’s tools and content, is nearing completion, with its official conclusion scheduled for the end of May. Meanwhile, Work Package 4 has recently begun. This phase, led by Dubrovnik University, involves pilot implementation in three universities.

The platform, which is not yet publicly available, will be accessible in five languages: English, Croatian, German, Greek, and Italian. The partners are currently testing its functionality and ensuring the accuracy of all uploaded translations.

During the meeting, Dubrovnik University presented the WP4 implementation plan. This plan will serve as a roadmap for the upcoming project phases, including training higher education institution (HEI) staff and developing the platform’s User Guidelines.

Following the presentation and a recap of the current project status, the partners participated in a workshop. They were divided into pairs and tasked with conducting a comprehensive test of all platform versions—assuming the roles of user, provider, and administrator. This collaborative exercise proved highly valuable, revealing areas for improvement and fostering strong engagement among all participants. It also helped consolidate key project milestones.

The core partners will continue to meet online monthly for regular updates and will reconvene in person in May 2026 for the closing meeting, hosted by the project coordinator in Italy.
