ISIC Announces Partnership With SheerID

Students around the world can access a wide variety of brands now and verify their student status across more than 100 countries.

Portland, OR and London, U.K. — September 23, 2021 — The ISIC Association, the organization behind the International Student Identity Card (ISIC), and SheerID, the identity marketing platform used by hundreds of leading brands around the world, today announced a global partnership that expands the real-time online verification process for over 150,000 student discounts and offers in more than 100 countries and territories.

The partnership allows ISIC cardholders to access a wider range of online services and products from some of the world’s largest and most recognized brands. Students are able to apply for and obtain an International Student Identity card (ISIC) issued by the ISIC Association (a non-profit organization) that provides significant discounts on domestic and international travel, food, retail and across multiple other categories. . There are 107 countries that issue and recognize these cards.
